Hi everyone, I am running ThingWorx Flow 9.3.10 and I’m hitting a wall trying to fix an expired self-signed certificate. The Issue: My self-signed certificate for Flow expired, so I needed to regenerate it. I followed the official guide here: CreateSelfSignedCertificate.htmlI generated the new files, placed them in the SSL directory, and restarted the services. However, Flow is now failing to connect. Symptoms:Redirect Loop: When I try to open the ThingWorx Flow app, it automatically redirects me back to the ThingWorx Composer.Validation Error: When I run ValidateFlowSetup in the WorkflowSubsystem, I get:[FLOW-API-01] - Failed to connect to Flow: Internal Server ErrorLog Error: The flow-exchange module logs show this error, which suggests a trust issue:{"module":"flow-exchange","timestamp":"...","level":"error","message":"unauthorized access"}It seems like the internal services aren't accepting the new certificate I generated. I am using Creo Parametric Release 11.0 and Datecode11.0.0.0 Modelcheck is not running properly. i have the files setup. (config_init.mc... and others). i have also enabled modelcheck in the config edit as well that the Modelcheck_dir. I have also enable show_reports. (see attached pic).  When I run Modelcheck interactive, it completes the process but does not display the modelcheck screen.   I

Hello,Currently I am working with Windchill Requirement Connector which is helpful to create export from one tools to other. I would like to automate work with this tools to have possibility do automatic export. From my observation I have possibility to use batch mode Using batch mode for Windchill Requirement Connector or Remote API To start a new PTC Requirements Connector application on the server. I investigated batch mode and Remote API. Both potentiality do not allow me to create a project and export the items with API but only help me with automate export. Very important is API which will help me automate all work: create the project, create the roundtrip and do export. Exist some API which will help me to automate this job?

Hi all!Problem  is:    so many experiences were published  on TWx ES  and now I need spend time when I open Library list in Vuforia View to find  my own or any other I need to start. Is there any way to change a flat list of experienses in the library to a hierarchical one or organized by publishing? And it is the only small part of the ocal library ☹️Thanks in advance.

I am using Windchill PDMLink Release 13.1 and Datecode with CPS 13.1.0.1Is it possible to show different list of values for selection for an attribute based on a value of attribute on the context. For example : In context , A attribute called 'Confidential' with Enum of 3 values "Yes, No, Partial'. In Part, I have an attribute called 'Preferred delivery' with Enum value - Electronic, Notification, Paper, Package.When I create a part, if Confidential=Yes on context, then the list of values for 'Preferred delivery' should only be 'Electronic', 'Notification'. If confidential=No, then then the list of values for Preferred Delivery' should only be 'Notification', 'Paper'. If Confidential=Partial, then the list of values for 'Preferred delivery' should be all enum values.Is this possible to achieve?

I can't find an explanation of how this filter works in order to explain to users how to use it.  If I type "abc" into it will it return all rows where any cell has a value starting with abc?  

Version: Windchill 12.1 Use Case: I would like to seek for clarification the way as-stored BOM filter works in WindchillDescription: I would like to seek for clarification the way as-stored BOM filter works in Windchill. For example, for the example part number attached, there are two available versions A.87 & A,88When we apply as stored filter on A.87 which shows different icons view for components without revision giving impression that there is no as-stored BOM.  Using the default filter, it shows BOM anyway which it might be pulling from next revision A.88 which has both as stored and latest rev BOM. As I am involved in migration validation from business end, I need to understand how this as stored filter works and how as stored boms are created and stored in windchill and what's the configuration behind it. Any support is highly appreciated. New to 13 and reading this article after failing to be able to create a MFG part.  https://www.ptc.com/en/support/article/CS367853?source=search The last note on Save As screen seemed to indicate that you could remove the columns from the default view. Well, not really. If you edit the default view, New Org ID column is not removable. You can remove the previous Org View ID. I think what this is saying is that you can hide the column. Problem is that setting is user by user right? I ended up throwing to the right side and hoping a user does not fiddle with it.  Are there any other UIs that I need to clean up that people know of?  IMHO, this is a step backward. Not sure why this change was necessary.

Do you have to produce design data (2D Drawing, MBD packages, etc.) that supports a mix of suppliers where some want ISO/DIN standard GD&T and others want ASME/ANSI standard GD&T?  This question came up from a team at our European division that is working between Creo Parametric and Windchill and NX and Teamcenter.I had always thought the standard was up to the company creating the content, with some understanding given to the typical standard for the majority of the suppliers being used.  Any suppliers for whom this isn't their norm would still have to follow the called out standard.We would be curious to hear if anyone is providing content that covers both standards as part of normal process, and how (overview) you do it.

(First time poster, I apologize for any missteps in my post. 🙂 When opening my (inherited from someone who retired) ~800 page document in Arbortext Editor or in Arbortext Styler, I am receiving the following message exactly 4 times:    {A12535] Empty top level index term heading; entire index term will be ignored. I have searched my document for empty index terms and find none.  I have done a lot of checks of my index entries (not every one, but there are many thousands throughout and I do not know what I should be searching for).  I did look at all the entries in the prolog of the document, that are setting up id's for "index reference" tags in the body of the document to use, and removed all of those that were not in fact being referenced. There was also some info online that said maybe it might be an empty index header (like no entries that started with "Q", for example), but I created fake index entries for all the letters that had no entries, th

I have creo 9.0.5. I'm trying to export a .dxf file so that i can import it into my plasma table software (torchmate V9). The problem is when I go to import it into torchmate, nothing shows up. A long time ago Creo support helped me change some export settings and we got it to work but I've forgotten since then. Any ideas?

Creo Parametric 4-12. Mold design/Casting application of shrink by scale for anisotropic shrink.   When applying a shrink by scale feature a reference csys is used to apply the shrink. Can anyone offer some insight into how/why the selection of this csys is important? What are the criteria that should be used to determine the "best" csys for use with anisotropic shrink applied to a design part (reference model). Can anyone offer best practices based on theory or practical experience? I am focused on injection molded polymers in this context if that matters. I would default to the use of a csys located by determining the centroid of the reference part being shrunk, but this is an educated guess.

I am using Windchill ProjectLink Release 13.0 and Datecode with CPS 13.0.2.0Using the action "Send to PDM" is resulting in an error: "ATTENTION: Values associated with incorrect object." The objects are .PRT / .ASM / .DRW files.They were created within the Project. We are now trying to send it to PDM. Tested to see if it was a permissions issue using an admin account, but same error occurs. I do not believe the objects are deprecated or abandoned - they have only been inside of that one Project. Much appreciation to any insight what the issue could be.

For Thingworx 10.0.0 in the line chart widget... I am trying to limit the number of x axis labels. I see this is possible if the x axis type is numeric or date type. However, with string type, the property numberOfXAxisLabels is not visible. Is there a way to limit this somewhere when the x axis is a string type?

Hi all!I need to (as an author) set orientation of page manually depending on element. It is required so that I can have large images/tables on Landscape pages,I have created two page sets. One for Portrait and other for Landscape.I am currently using outputclass=landscape or Portrait to start new pages on elements like concept and Task. Now this works but in order to add these conditions to these elements, I have converted the elements from Unstyled (default) to Division 2-4. This causes an issue in my header which is supposed to display only header level 1 or division 2 using Division Reference. However, it displays the first task/concept element irrespective of the division level. Note that this issue only occurs for the unstyled elements that are now Division style. Either Concept/Task is not being converted/recognized correctly, or I converted them incorrectly or the system is broken.Any suggestions?How do you achieve this?
