I have a problem with my Mathcad 14

I have Mathcad 14. Now I cannot open it. When I click a <.xmcd> file I got the following warning

:"There was a problem sending the commant to the program". I would appreciate it very much if

someone can let me how to reolve this problem.

Are you able to start the program directly (via icon or programs list)?

Did you try a reinstall of the program? (Save your license file first!)
