Saving as v13 format

I'm having troubles saving files with Mathcad 14. I have v14 installed on my computer, and my colleague has v13. When I save a file as v13 *.xmcd, my colleagues Mathcad says that the file has been created with a newer version and cannot be opened. This problem doesn't appear when saving as v12 document, it can be opened normally with v13. Is this a bug in the program, something wrong with the lisences or don't I just get it?

I haven't heard of this before. Make sure you both have the appropriate service releases. You should have 14.0 M020 or 14.0 M030 (do NOT install M035!), and 13.1. Richard

We both have the service releases installed, 14.0 M020 and 13.1.

I just tried it, and it works fine for me. Do you see this with all files, or only some? If you see it with all files, the only thing I can suggest is to try repairing the Mathcad installations. Richard
