We could do with a little more information. Which version of Mathcad? Which OS? Did you just install Mathcad, or is this an old installation that worked before and now doesn't? Did you just change or install anything else on the PC?

I use windows XP SP3, update to mathcad 14 was done from mathcad 12. After internal error, there is no real refresh of mathcad window. For example, I open help dialog and close it. Then I have parts of the help window inside the mathcad window. A refresh of the window leads not to change.

I suggest reinstalling. It's not clear what the problem is exactly from the information you've given. When you uninstall, be sure to repair all previous versions of Mathcad on your system, in the order of oldest ones first, starting with 11. Since you just purchased Mathcad 14, you can contact technical support for 30 days, so they might have a better suggestion. Go to http://www.ptc.com/support/mathcad_contacts.htm Mona
