I am using Creo Parametric Release 2.0 and DatecodeM250

スケッチモードに入ると強制終了してしまう。既存パートでも新規パートでも起こってしまう。

My first guess is that it is a graphics card issue.

Add line to your config file "graphics win32_gdi" to see if this solves the issue.  This option will make the program slow and is only for diagnostic purposes.  If this fixes the issue, remove the line and try installing different versions the graphics card driver.  The latest version is not always the best version.
