Dear Valued PTC Customer, We are pleased to share some important updates from the Arbortext Product Management team. First and foremost, we celebrate the retirement of Patti Lutsky, whose exceptional 28-year career at PTC has been defined by technical excellence, leadership, and a strong commitment to our customers. Patti has made lasting contributions to the evolution of Arbortext and its integration into the broader PTC ecosystem. We are sincerely grateful for her service and wish her the very best in her retirement.  With Patti’s retirement, we are excited to announce updates to the Arbortext Product Management leadership team: - Gil Shroitman – Brings over two decades of experience in IT, including 15 years in product management at PTC with a focus on Arbortext, Windchill, and SLM. He assumed the role of Director of the Arbortext Product Management team in December 2023, succeeding Patti.
- Brent Kelly – With over 25 years at PTC, Brent has played a key role in supporting Arbortext Editor, Publishing Engine, and Service Information SP. Since transitioning from the Arbortext Technical Support team in November 2024, he now serves as a Product Management Fellow, focusing on Arbortext Editor, Windchill Service Information, and Service Parts.
- Simon Taylor – With over 25 years at PTC, Simon continues to lead as Product Manager for Arbortext Styler, Publishing Engine, Layout Developer, and Layout Editor. He is driving innovation and ensuring these products deliver strong value to both PTC’s customers and the broader ecosystem.
