Where I can find options for different commands used by mapkeys/trail-files?
Ex.: "Move `main_dlg_cur` `NoteEdit` 2 1 1" ->

Which options has command "move"

 1. main_dlg_cur

 2....

Which options has command "NoteEdit"

what means options "2 1 1"?

There are some clues at the link below but there is no definition to the syntax for mapkeys. They are not meant to be written independently like VBA or any other language. If you want that you should look into one of the toolkit offerings (although they are very complicated and archaic).
