Can't create cache file

Dear Team,

I am unable to change Organization image. During changing image get below error.

Internal error: javax.imageio.IIOException: Can't create cache file!

[message: Can't create cache file!]

    I think you had another question that i think had to do with visibility, not sure if this is similar.
