can we re use polymer Web component into thingworx while creating a custom Widget?

I don't see why you couldn't use any external libraries you'd like in the custom extension, so long as you include the necessary libraries in the build path. You'll have to look up the syntax to use for this purpose based on how you are developing the widget.
