Getting this error while accessing the Thingworx composer: "openID Connect Provider error: server_error" "Error occured while performing an attribute lookup"

Hi,

I am getting this error when I am trying to access my Thingworx Composer on server:

"openID Connect Provider error: server_error"

"Error occured while performing an attribute lookup"


Can you provide more insights about it:


​Is it some kind of ​Internal Server Error?​

Why does it happen?

and

What actions can I perform to remove this error?

Shashank, are you running custom authenticator? Is this a fresh installation or have you upgraded? Where's your ThingWorx running? You may want to check the tomcat and thingworx application log for more detail on this error.

Thanks for raising those questions, the issue occured due to the custom SSO authenticator only.
