How to create a user interface in thingworx UI?

Nitish, you create the UI using the Visualization components Mashup, Dashboards etc. If you are just starting up with ThingWorx you should go through the ThingWorx Developer portal with lot of useful Tutorials and you can use the hosted instances to get hands on experience on ThingWorx
