live video streaming on ThingWorx (support protocol)

Thingworx IoT platform provide live video streaming?

I want to provided it on mobile too, not only website.

I checked Extension widget 'html5 video'. Is it support rtsp protocol?

I'm also wondered about the quality of provided video.
