Provision to create a C .dll

I Just want to know is there a possibility to create a C .dll on a event for the formula that i have provided in thingworx.

Basically the .dll should be an output and the same .dll would be input for the third party application where the input for it is only .dll.

Consider i have a click event of a button where the formula written on a text control should give me an out put as a .dll.
