Question

Question about Thingworx Log files Configuration.

The problem is now that the log file size is too large in the Thingworx logs directory.

Is there a way to adjust the logging level, or is there a way to disable archiving of older log files?

I look forward to a quick response...

Yong June Kim​:  We have below logging options and can change the logging levels using Settings under Monitoring Application logs.

For archiving, you can use UpdateLoggingSettings service under LoggingSubsystem-> Services. I do not know a value to disable it however can set higher values as needed.
