Adding PDMLink Tab and Sub-Tabs (9.1 M030)

Good Day All!

I'm reading thru the PDMLink customizers guide to add another tab and
sub-tabs. I'm having some success but it's still not working the way I
want. PDMLink displays my new tab with the default jsp page but my main
tab is not selected and the sub-tabs don't even show up.

Does anyone have an example they can share with me on how they set this
up?
