C18091617: Issue regarding email (ProjectLink)

Hello Team,

On starting a project, a mail is send where the sender is the user who starts the project.
Is it possible to set the windchill Admin user mail?

The mail is only send to the user in the local team and not to the members in the shared team where the project is defined with a shared team extended locally.

Is it possible to send the mail to all project team members?
