OIR- Setting default role

Is it possible to set a role from the team templte during initialization?

For example: Their would be a team role called document owner. Upon initialization, I'd like for this attribute to be defaulted to the user that creates the new document.

You can edit template and add creator in require role. see Screenshot.

Thank you very much! I noticed when the document went through an up rev (A.2->B.1) the document owner switchted to the user that made the up rev.Is thier a way to configure this so the Doc owner is unchanged if the up rev is done by another user?

Is their a better way to identify an owner so they can be included in the change process?
