Oracle error when opening AML Change History view

In a wtpart details view I and click on General -> AML/AVL

I then click on Reports-> Change HIstory a window opens and after a few minutes I get ORA-02393: exceeded call limit on CPU usage.

I suspect that we have not enabled some setting. Has anyone seen this before?
