Part/End Item Toggle

I thought I had seen before that you could edit a wtPart and change it from a part to an End Item. Looking under attributes for a part, I see a value for End Item = No, but editing the part does not give me access to change this. How do get this so I can change a part to an End Item and back?

Hi Dan,
Try the 'Edit Common Attributes' action. It launches the wizard with
which we can edit all attributes on master.
