PublishRules.xml for Isodraw

All,

Does anyone use post publishing in Windchill to produce viewables so they can be opened through the Workgroup Manager in Isodraw/Illustration?

I keep getting the error below:

Post Publishing Failed

Error Retrieving Iteration

The error in the background method server file contains:
