Queue notification emails from JMX

Hi Windchillers,

We have configured JMX notifications for MS events like STOP and Start, also for queue problems. However notifications are not triggered to JMXAdministrators when there are queue threshold issues. Emails are only triggered to Windchill service ID.

Is there a way we can reset the JMXAdministrator list through Loader options. We have tried (

for resetting JMXAdministrators list.

Initially the e-mails are only sent to the administrative e-mail you
entered during installation.
