WINDCHILL's problem..... Can somebody help me?

Good Morning,

I am trying to send to my customer an ASM and according DRW file made by Pro-E WF5 because my ASM and DRW file need to be load on WINDCHILL customer system but when customer try to import them into his workspace and try to load into WINDCHILL system, the ASM and DRW file creat a ghost file

and ghost file doesn't allow to load them into WINDCHILL system.

I have tried many times and when I check the ASM and DRW file by reference viewer there are not any problem or external dependencies.

how can I solve the problem ?

Hi

Ghosts are generally generated from

1.Renamed components, drawing

2.External References

3.Suppressed Components

Generally these ghosts do not creat much problem.

But For better practice

1.Give the actual name to the parts and drawings.

Do not Copy and Rename other similar parts and drawings if not extreemly necessary

Do not give random names and later rename them

2.While Renaming parts,drawings Also Rename common names

3.In Config.pro

set cleanup_drawing_dependencies yes

4.Delete all External references
