扭曲命令中的选取框如何与实体完美贴合

我画一个300*30*10的长方体，想尝试一下扭曲命令，发现尺寸为10的方向，选取框无法与实体完美贴合，而另外两个方向是可以的，如何才能使尺寸为10的选取框完美的贴合实体，单位：mm

I would guess that the settings in the 4th tab have been changed through dragging the box on the screen.  0 and 100 would be the default numbers.  These control the limits/measurements of the warp.
