Question

Ability for Drawing module to convert parameter values to uppercase

According to support, there is now way to convert parameter values within a note or table, being read in a drawing, to uppercase. For instance, we read in dimensional units and PDM State. Both of these come in with whatever uppercase/lowercase characters that was already set in their native format.

However, if you have modelcheck check for lowercase values, these text/note fields with the parameters get flagged. If a user then clicks the Modelcheck button to convert them to uppercase, it will replace the parameter 'code' with uppercase 'dummy' characters - defeating the purpose of the code. It seems like I am going to have to remove this check in Modelcheck.

Thanks!

edited to clarify that this is for notes and tables that show parameter values.
