Access Denied - Insufficient Privileges - when attempting to access licenses

Just because you have a PTC.com account does not mean you have access to the licenses. Are you the administrator account for your company? If not, contact that person and ask them to add you as a License manager, if they will. That role is usually restricted to a few people.
