Adding construction circle in drawing?

Hello,

I am trying to add a construction circle into my drawing. This is to match a manufacturers specification for a port. Attached is the spec. There is a 3/32 gage ball callout and I need to copy that spec exactly in my drawing. I created a sketch in my model with a circle in that spot and it comes up in my view. But, I want it to be a construction circle with dashed lines so it is not confused with other features. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you
