Additional Tapped Hole sizes

By default, the UN Hole Sizes in Creo 10 go up to 1½ - 6.  We deal with larger holes quite often.  How can this be changed so that UN Hole Size options are available up to 2 ½?

Thank you!

The default stored location of the hole files is <Creo Parametric loadpoint>\Common Files\text\hole

Refer to this link for an overview of adding custom hole files.

The files behind the threaded hole structure are just text files that can be user modified. Where I used to work, we modified the file it used for tap drill sizes that our shop used.

Hi adding up to @BenLoosli’s reply, i recommend that you backed up existing files and edit existing ones iteratively.
There is no “debugging” tool so have a troubleshooting method, make one change at a time and arm yourself with patience.

Its a little ridiculous that the thread sizes stop at 1 1/2-6 UN.  That only accounts for ¾ of the bolt sizes where I work.

Can someone tell me what the text file is named and where it is located?

Thank you.
