AFX: Can't replace profile

I’m trying to replace a 3x3x3/16 steel square tube with a 3x3x.25 aluminum tube.  In 3 positions the switch worked.  The other positions will ‘churn’ and then not update the filename and the OK will stay greyed out.  What is happening and is there something i can do?

 

Only 3 positions were updated
You can see that it won’t update the filename.  I’ve switched from steel to alum.
The message log says that its been regenerated but that's not the case
