It is possible to make a measure using command, for example
MEASURE_DIAMETER SHAFT_AXIS AXISD
And then I want to use this saved value in AXSID to preselect some line from data in BEGIN_TABLE.
In other words, I want to use diameter of selected reference to select size of a component.
It is possible?

this is possible with some limitations.
The limitation is that you first have to select the reference and that it is only possible for subtables.
Also there is no update of the table selections if you go back to reference tab and select a different
surface with different diameter, so it might become confusing for user.
=> I would not use it
