Always show tabs of combined views

Using Creo Parametric 7.0.9, is there a setting that the tabs of the combined views on the bottom of the page are ALWAYS shown?

I've set the config.pro option display_combined_views to yes which is better because then they are easily accessible, BUT...

When I for example click on "Edit dimensions" in a model, then the tabs are hidden, this is not a problem but what causes it is that the size of the window will get slightly larger and then the shown dimensions jump also a bit lower which causes that you just click next to the dimension you want to edit, VERY annoying..
