Animation in Creo

Hello everyone I am new to this forum. 

I have a issue to solve. I wants to create a animation, therefore I am having a Metall sheet and I wants to press a Rivet nut to it. I wants to create a animation, how the rivet nut deforms and change it shape.

Can someone help me, how can I do this?
