Annoying Little 'X'

the little 'x' mark circle in red come out whenever i press 'sketch' on a datum plane making it hard for me to do the dimension.. anyway to remove it ?

Looks like a datum point from one of the other sketches? You can temporarily hide the sketch containing it or turn off datum points if you don't need them to display if this is the case.

Or is that the reference for the sketcher, maybe the coordinate system reference, if all the dimensions are going to it.

share the model if you can.  It's hard to know what that is, as I have not had any issues with datum points getting in the way of dimensions.  However since I've been using Pro/E / Creo for over 20 years, it's entirely possible I work around whatever it is without even knowing it.  If you share the model, it'd be easier to help figure out what's happening.
