Anyone else experiencing a 10 to 25 second delay when creating drawings?

I experience a 10 to 25 second delay when creating drawings from models.

After I choose my template the screen goes black and I get the spinning wheel for about 10 to 25 seconds.

Using Creo 3.0 and Windows 10 laptop..  Just wondering if anyone else experiences this issue.?

Hi Brian,

Please take a look at the Platform Support page and select the release you are using in the By Product drop down, e.g. PTC Creo 2.0.  This will take you to the platform support page for Creo 2.0, where you can find your machine configuration and verify that you are using a certified and/or supported graphics card & driver version.

With Creo 4.0 coming out 12/15/216 - they do not have Creo 4.0 in the Platform Support link you provided above. Is there a separate one / new one - for Creo 4.0?
