AR design share - password

I am using Creo Parametric - Release 6.0 (connected) Release 6.0 and Datecode6.0.3.0

I don't know how to reset my password to https://app.ar-design.ptc.io/portal. This is Creo AR plugin. I can't see the AR models manager.
