Hi, Lets say I'm running an interference check on a large assembly, or saving PDFs of my 200 page drawing...something that takes time for Creo to process.

I used to be able to open another session of Creo to work on other things, while the first was thinking... but now that we moved up to Creo 11, I am no longer able to do this. I have to wait till the first session of Creo is complete before using another session.

Is there a config setting I should be looking to change? I know in Creo 3 it had something to do with the embedded browser in Creo,  Figured I would ask here first before making another ticket to PTC.

Hi,

if you want to run two independent Creo 11 sessions then you have to create two Creo startup psf files and inside of them define different values for PTC_WF_ROOT variables.
