Attach to flat harness not working for components- Creo 4.0

When I include a component in Flat harness using "Attach to harness" in cabling module in creo It comes up in flat Harness using assemble components.

But as soon as I click on regenerate in the flat file the component is disappearing.

Could anyone help me with the root-cause and solution for this issue?
