Hi all, using Creo 7 here.

I'm trying to set up some drawing borders formats using tables.

I don't want to merge the cells.

No matter what i do i cant blank a table line.

I've selected the whole table - line display - blank - select line....but doesnt blank it

any ideas?

thanks

The line display command will only let you blank lines that are internal to the table. It doesn't let you blank the outer edges or lines that make up the "border" of a table. Are you trying to blank those types of lines?

@stevei

There are limitation in Blank/Unblank table as:

  • Only interior table cell borders can be blanked
  • Single cell table borders cannot be blanked because all their borders are exterior

Same are listed in article at CS25173

Thanks for the replies.

I've worked out what the problem was.

I had put a 1 cell table around the edges of the sheet to create a border.

Then i made a multi-cell table inside that on the sheet to start making the title block.

It wouldnt let me blank lines or add rows/columns with that table on the sheet.

I had to move that table off the sheet to the side - then i could modify it.

Hope that makes sense.
