Blend feature in sheetmetal. Oblique cylinder

I am using Creo Parametric - Release 3.0 (connected) 3.0 M170

Using the blend feature to create a oblique cylinder that has rolled and bend sections, software cannot unfold the bend walls.

Here are the errors that I faced

Can you provide a model or an image of the model? 

Creo sheetmetal, in general, will unfold bends that are straight, such as ones that would be made by a press brake or a roll.

Usually those that don't fit in that category can be unfolded using surfacing features (not sheetmetal).

An image or the model will likely help us help you.
