    Hi Visu,

    Bolt Nut Selection File

The Bolt Nut Selection file specifies a unique material classification code (MCCS) for the corresponding bolt nut code. The MCCS code is unique for different pipe sizes and for different pressure ratings of a fitting. This code is subsequently used to obtain information about the bolt nut material from the Bolt Nut Master Catalog file. This file is identified by the piping_bolt_nut_select_file configuration option.

The Bolt Nut Selection file also provides information about the number of bolt nuts required for the main fitting and for the flanges mated to that main fitting.

    please check http://www3.eng.cam.ac.uk/DesignOffice/cad/proewild3/usascii/proe/specpiping/bolt_nut_selection_file.htmhttp://www3.eng.cam.ac.uk/DesignOffice/cad/proewild3/usascii/proe/specpiping/bolt_nut_selection_file.htm

I use bolt nut for selection of different classes, let say for 150# class I use code CFA and for 300# CFB etc. Quantity, size these parameters are for relative to classes. Now assign CFA for 150# valves and CFB for 300# class valves.

    Hope you understand.
