hey All,

is there anyway to add "new" local parameters and "new" relations to existing dwg bom repeat region with a mapkey?

trying to create mapkey do accomplish this but it does not work

tried loading a "new configuration" xml file with no luck either

Hi,

Relations dialog box contains File > Import command, therefore you can load relations from text file.

Modified x3 mapkey loads relations from my_relations.txt file. See uploaded config.pro file.

Hi,

why you need mapkey ? Do you plan to do repeat region modification every day ? If I were you I would save relations into txt-file and Copy/Paste them from Notepad to Creo.

Hey Martin,

this would be done as daily updates on hundreds of legacy files,

was hoping to streamline with mapkey

mapkey I had created always pauses and end up having to finish steps manually

Hi,

in Creo 7.0 the mapkey saved in attached config.pro works well.

Repeat region before modification
