broken edges of holes creo 4.0 & 3.0

Hi

what is the setting to change to get it so the edge of holes are not broken into 2 segments in both creo 3.0 and 4.0?

Not possible.  It's how the underlying kernel models circles.

Just saw this article come out today.  It included a similar statement:

 

"Creo always splits cylindrical and spherical surfaces in halves while other systems allow these to be full periodic surfaces"
