Cabling - Drawing Parametric note

In drawing. How to call out information about cables passing through particular location as a leader note pointing to this location. The note should be a parametric. So as i change cables routing, and cables passing through this location are change, the note should update automatically. Now i acquire information using Feature Information tool, copy part of this information and paste them into the note but this is not right solution. If i can get this information using feature info tool, there should be some kind of parameter containing this information
