Can't Open .Lay Format
I am using Creo Parametric Release 4.0 and DatecodeM150
Our customer have a problem when open .lay format file. I have read some troubleshooting articles, it states that we should have NOTEBOOK license feature to open lay format.
Can Creo design essential license itself open .lay format?
If it can't, what module/bom should we choose to import .lay format?
Here are the errors that I faced
Thins functionality requires one of: NOTEBOOK
