Cannot Locate Butt Weld Tool in Welding Application

I can't find the butt weld option in the welding application ribbon. Any idea where this would be?

Hello,

I am trying to create a square butt weld. However, I just noticed that the weld wizard does not appear in the ribbon for a .prt database. Other weld options are available, but not the wizard. I was trying to simplify the modeling using a .prt instead of .asm. Do you think there is a configuration option to add the weld wizard to a .prt database? Thank you.
