Check for allowed version at Revise (I, O,X,Q,S, Z not allowed)

We use a version scheme that does not allow (skip over) I,O,X,Q,S,Z but we need to use the Allow Override Revise so that CAD items and wtparts can use the same version.

The result is that users can enter in version I,O,X,Q,S,Z at revise.

Is there a system check that would stop this?

Update: PTC seems to think this is a bug with M010.
