CodebeamerX OAuth2.0 giving unauthenticated request error

I am using CodebeamerX Release 4.2 and Datecode4.2 We have configured the OpenID Configuration using Microsoft Entra authentication provider. After the configuration is done we tried to hit the below API with our instance URL to check whether the generated access token from the client id, client secret and the token uri is valid or not. API - http://10.13.27.208:8080/cb/api/v3/users/findByName?name=AutomationSyncUser Response received was Not authenticated. So is there any other options or any missing configuration to be done additionally in CodbeamerX configuration to make the Access token usable.
