I am using Creo Parametric Release 7.0 and Datecode7.0.4.0

change back round color on start up.

change file name length.

Are you asking a question?

 

To change the background color, go to file - options, system appearance, adjust the colors to your liking then "export" the system color file, typically syscol.scl.

Then go to the configuration editor and add the option system_colors_file and "browse" to find your syscol.scl file. Save the config options to your config.pro.

 

File name length is a system thing, you can't adjust it.
