Hi,
I am looking for solution to setup custom Fasteners that i already have in windchill into IFX inside CREO, could anyone help me please?
I have added an example below to elucidate the problem.

1. Model tree of the custom Fasteners i already have in windchill database looks something like this.

I want to be able to create a dat file that is accessible in Creo IFX which performs the normal functions, (like size selection based on Dia of Hole and length selection based on grip length, etc )

I am aware that i need to setup Catalog file and dat file for these custom fasteners.
but not sure on how to be able to access the instances inside the family table of my custom fastener inside the dat file.

The family table looks like this :

How do i map these inside the Dat file ? i.e.

Please do let me know if additional information is needed.

Thanks !

Try using my IFX customizer. It creates the .dat and catalog files and allows you to use templates and your own naming scheme.
