Control field does not get updated properly in the database

I am using Windchill Risk and Reliability Enterprise Edition (Formerly Relex) Release 11.1 and Datecode with CPS CPS11 We assign the default "DVPs" to "Control" in Data Definition for FMEA Worksheet to record Associated DVP (Test Matrix) link. The display shows the correct number of Associated DVP (such as "2 DVP (Test Matrix)" but in the database it shows does not the same (such as "0 DVP (Test Matrix)") . I think it does not update the database record properly Here are the errors that I faced n/a
