Convert .asm to .html

is there any procedure to export a file from 3D model .asm or .prt to a .html file that can show the 3D model in a web-ready browser?

Save a copy of the assembly model as 3DPDF format. UI selections are shown below.

Creo supports export of 3D pdf file format. This format can be viewed in most modern browsers (with a plugin).
